New Year Party - Hong Kong

Ko smo končali v simulatorju vožnje, smo se odpeljali do 

kitajske restavracije Hong Kong, na začetku Litijske ceste v Ljubljani. Zelo prijetna restavracije, dobra hrana in pijača, ne drago. Kitajsko pivo mi sicer ni bilo všeč, UNION je le UNION. Pa sem se raje odločil za refoško vino.

After finishing in driving simulator we wnt to chicness restaurant Hong Kong, at the beginning of the Litijska road in Ljubljana. Nice restaurant, good food and drink, not expensive. I didn't like chines beer , UNION is UNION. I decided to drink good 'refoško' wine.

What to cook - kaj naj si skuham?

Well, today I pushed myself and made for me goulash and potatoes.

Ali bi si kaj skuhal ali pa si naredil sendvič? Rad kuham, ampak kuhati samo za 1 osebo (mene) !
danes sem se prisilil in si naredil golaž in krompir.

St.Martin's Sunday - martinova nedelja

Image via WikipediaDays of St. Martin is traditional Slovenian holiday, when we eat gees with some domestic food and drinking new wine. This year I spent St.Martin's Sunday with my brother and his family in Dolenjsko. I am not sure, what I enjoyed more - food and wine or with fantastic twins, my nephew's sons.

Martinovo je tradicionalen slovenski praznik , ko se speče gos, obdana z domačimi prologami in zalita z novim vinom. Letos sem martinovo nedeljo preživel pri bratu in njegovi družini na Dolenjskem. Ne vem , v čem sem najbolj užival - v goski in vini ali v družbi s fantastičnima dvojčkoma, katerih prastric sem.

Sometimes I am hungry – LOL!

Image via WikipediaI am seek and tired of eating food from canes (like beans or beans with sosage or beans with who knows what) so I had to began to cook. Till now I was cooking only occasionally , few times per year : sosage , eggs , chicken , eggs , hople pople , eggs , hot dog , eggs – lol. Oh, yes, I forgot : I could make some children's food (milk and different kinds of something like »powder« ).

So, I decide to make me stake , rise , potato , macaroni. I like Uncle Ben rise as it is packed in small sacs so I can not fail how much rise to cook for me. First and second and third month I liked my kitchen art. Friend Aljonka and her son Rok said that I cook good even I never put enough water with rise or macaroni (ha ha). Well, even good, I am already seek of this 'good' food as always has the same taste. Maybe I should have to change some spices as I am using always the same!?

I think I will begin to make hople pople as my Sunday lunch. Everybody said that it is good. The only problem is that it is never the same so I never know, what taste will be my next hople pople.
